Tungnath is one of the highest Lord Shiva Temple in the world, located inTungnath Mountain range of Himalayan. It is very popular Temple in Rudraprayag district of Uttarakhand.
According to Hindusim mythology, Tungnath Temple established by Arjun who was son of Pandav in Mahabharata.
After the large massacre in Mahabharata, Lord Shiva disgusted then Lord Shiva Temple was built to please him.
